AB Holiday Lighting provides seasonal holiday lighting design, commercial-grade light supply, professional installation, season-long maintenance, and removal and storage services for residential and commercial properties. Availability, scope, and pricing vary by property size, roofline length, tree and landscape count, access, and service area, and are confirmed only after a site-specific quote.
Quotes provided by phone, online form, or in person are estimates and are subject to change based on actual property measurements and conditions confirmed at the time of design or installation. A booking is not final until confirmed by AB Holiday Lighting and, where applicable, a deposit is received. We reserve the right to decline a request, reschedule, or adjust scope based on site conditions, seasonal capacity, or safety concerns. Our all-inclusive service has a minimum starting at $999, no exceptions, as disclosed at the time of quote.
All lights, decorations, wiring, clips, and hardware installed at your property remain the sole property of AB Holiday Lighting at all times. This is an all-inclusive seasonal service, not a sale of goods. You are not purchasing lights or decor. You are receiving a fully designed, installed, and maintained seasonal display drawn from our own inventory, which we remove and take back into our care at the end of the season.
You agree not to sell, remove, relocate, disconnect, or store any part of the installed display yourself without our prior written consent. If our equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged while installed at your property due to something other than normal wear, weather, or our own installation work, we may bill you for replacement at our cost.
A deposit may be required to confirm your install date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Card processing fees may apply where permitted by law. Late or non-payment may result in fees, collection action, or suspension of maintenance and scheduled takedown service until the account is current.
You agree to provide accurate property information, safe and clear access to your property for design, installation, maintenance, and takedown visits (including gate codes, secured pets, and cleared pathways), a working exterior power source, and disclosure of any known roof, gutter, tree, or structural issues before work begins. Obtaining any required HOA approval for your display is your responsibility. If service cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions, blocked access, unsecured animals, or inaccurate information, we may cancel, delay, limit the scope of work, or charge additional fees for return visits.
Holiday lighting is subject to normal seasonal wear. We do not guarantee against occasional bulb burnout during the season (covered under your included free maintenance), color or warmth variation between LED batches, brief outages during severe weather, or minor gaps in coverage around unusually shaped rooflines or dense landscaping. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions (including loose shingles, damaged gutters, worn fascia, or weak electrical circuits) that are not caused by our installation, nor for damage caused by other contractors, landscapers, pest control services, or HOA vendors after our work is complete. We are not responsible for interference caused by extension cords, timers, or smart plugs added by anyone other than our crew. We are not responsible for lost, escaped, or injured pets during a scheduled site visit, provided our crew used reasonable care.
Free maintenance visits are included for the season but require reasonable access to your property. If an issue is reported and access cannot be arranged in a timely manner, resolution may be delayed until access is available.
We remove your display and return it to our own storage in January on the schedule agreed with you. If you request that your display remain installed beyond the standard season, or if takedown is delayed due to your unavailability or access issues, additional fees may apply.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us regarding quotes, appointments, service updates, invoices, and support, and occasional marketing where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or copy or exploit its content without permission.
All content on this website, including photos of our installations, our logo, and written copy, is owned by or licensed to AB Holiday Lighting and protected by intellectual property law. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing only and may not be reproduced, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
We collect the information you provide through our quote form and site (such as your name, contact details, and property address) only to prepare quotes, schedule and deliver service, and communicate with you about your project. Our total liability for any claim relating to your service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific season's service.
You agree to defend and hold AB Holiday Lighting harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, inaccurate property information you provided, unsafe property conditions, HOA rule violations related to your display, or injuries or damages caused by your pets, guests, or property during a scheduled visit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of this website or our services after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
